About MPICS Digital Training Academy

We are the training arm of MPICS Digital — a global technology agency headquartered in London, with offices in Kigali, Kampala and Nairobi. Our academy exists to close the AI skills gap in the UK and across East Africa, one cohort at a time.

Since 2018, MPICS Digital has helped 250+ businesses transform their digital presence. In 2022 we launched the Training Academy after repeatedly seeing the same challenge: organisations wanted to adopt AI and digital tools but lacked the internal knowledge to do it confidently.

Our training programmes are built by practitioners — people who build AI systems and digital products daily — and delivered in formats that work for busy professionals, whether in a London boardroom, a Nairobi innovation hub, or online from anywhere in the world.
