MPICS Digital Training Academy delivers practical, hands-on AI and business skills to professionals across London, Kigali, Kampala and Nairobi. We are the training division of MPICS Digital — a technology agency trusted by 250+ businesses since 2018.
In our 2026/27 programme we are delivering 69 in-person sessions across 6 specialist programmes to 500+ learner seats. Our mission: make AI actionable. Every learner leaves with skills they can apply immediately.

We want practitioners who happen to be brilliant at teaching — not just educators with a slide deck.
Practical, hands-on knowledge in your chosen programme area. You use these tools daily — not just know about them.
Proven track record delivering in-person workshops or training. 2+ years preferred. You know how to read a room.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts simply and engagingly. Strong English essential. Local languages a bonus.
Comfortable training diverse groups — from CEOs to entry-level staff, from London to Nairobi.
Experience or genuine willingness to train professionals across UK and East African contexts.
Your own laptop, required software, ability to cast to classroom screens. You arrive prepared.

Competitive day rate depending on programme, experience and location.
Additional £50–£100 per session when training cohorts of 10+ learners.
Travel and accommodation provided for trainers delivering outside their home hub.
